A honored Louisville citizen, Seth finished from St. Francis High School (now Francis Parker) and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. In 2025, Seth Gladstein became a companion at Airhead, Thompson, Shepherd, Conway & Stanton, PSC, bringing with him over two decades of important experience championing the legal rights of injured people throughout Kentucky and Indiana.

Throughout his time at Michigan, Seth was elected by his peers to serve on the College of Literary Works, Scientific Research and Arts' Trainee Government, along with working as a trainee for among Kentucky's USA Senators in Washington, D.C.
