A happy Louisville citizen, Seth graduated from St. Francis High School (now Francis Parker) and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Michigan - Ann Arbor. In 2025, Seth Gladstein became a partner at Dolt, Thompson, Guard, Conway & Stanton, PSC, bringing with him over two decades of important experience championing the rights of damaged individuals throughout Kentucky and Indiana.

During his time at Michigan, Seth was elected by his peers to serve on the College of Literature, Scientific Research and Arts' Trainee Government, along with functioning as an intern for among Kentucky's United States Senators in Washington, D.C.
